Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In original condition
With tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Free Returns — Domestic U.S.

We offer free return shipping for domestic U.S. orders. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Free Exchanges — Domestic U.S.

We offer free exchanges for domestic U.S. orders, including free shipping both ways.
If you need a different size, we’ll help you exchange quickly and easily.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at eshora2shop@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
The reason for the return/exchange (optional, but helpful)

If approved, we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Production defects do happen.  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
